Candidates with an Intermediate qualification coupled with significant relevant experience will also be considered. <b>Experience:</b> 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment, with a demonstrable focus on chat-based interactions. <b>Key Skills Required:</b> Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail. Demonstrated ability to persuade, influence, and close sales effectively in a chat environment. Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and various online communication platforms. Strong target-driven mindset with an unwavering desire to achieve and surpass sales goals. Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and be productive in a virtual setting.
