Overview
Medcare, a US-based healthcare company, is seeking a full-time, remote Healthcare Outreach Representative in Pakistan. This night-shift role is dedicated to supporting US Medicare patients (aged 65+) by building partnerships with healthcare and senior care organizations. The shift runs Monday to Friday, approximately 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (matching US Eastern Time business hours). Shift times move one hour later when US daylight saving time ends.
What the source says
As a Healthcare Outreach Representative, your primary responsibility is making outbound cold calls to US-based doctor's offices, nursing homes, home health agencies, and senior centers. You will introduce Medcare's Community Health Integration (CHI) program, which helps seniors with everyday needs like transportation, utility costs, groceries, medication costs, and paperwork.
Your daily duties will include:
- Explaining Medcare’s services and referral processes clearly to partner organizations.
- Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with office managers, social workers, and care coordinators.
- Guiding partner organizations through the online referral system.
- Tracking all calls and outcomes in the system and following up consistently.
- Meeting daily and weekly outreach and calling targets.
Before you apply
This role requires a dedicated, self-motivated individual who can handle high-volume cold calling for an entire shift. Candidates must have excellent spoken and written English communication skills and at least one year of experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service with US-based clients.
Because this is a fully remote position, you must have a reliable home setup. This includes a high-speed internet connection, a computer or laptop, a quality headset, a quiet workspace, and backup power (such as a UPS or generator) to handle load shedding. Experience with CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and US healthcare or Medicare is preferred but not required.
